Privacy Policy
Effective March 2026
Foundry is operated by Raleigh Design Co, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use usefoundry.io and the tools available on it, and what we do with that information.
What we collect
Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address and any profile details you choose to provide.
Usage data. We collect information about how you interact with Foundry's tools — which tools you use, session activity, and feature interactions. We use this to improve the product.
Billing information. If you subscribe to a paid plan, payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We never receive or store your full card number. Stripe provides us with a billing record that includes your subscription status, plan tier, and last four card digits for your reference.
Analytics. We use Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns. Vercel Analytics does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites. The data we receive is anonymized and aggregated — we cannot identify individual visitors from it.
Content you submit. When you use Foundry's tools, the text and inputs you provide are processed to generate outputs. We do not sell or share this content with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- — Provide, operate, and improve Foundry's tools
- — Manage your account and subscription
- — Send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset, billing receipts)
- — Understand how the product is used in aggregate
- — Respond to support requests sent to hello@usefoundry.io
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Infrastructure and service providers
To operate Foundry, we rely on a small set of infrastructure providers. These companies process data only as needed to deliver the service — they are not recipients of your data for their own purposes:
- Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure
- Vercel — hosting and deployment
- Stripe — payment processing
- Anthropic — AI model processing (your tool inputs are processed by Anthropic's API to generate outputs)
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- Cloudflare — DNS and content delivery
Each of these providers operates under their own privacy policy and security practices.
Data retention
We retain your account information and usage history for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@usefoundry.io. We will respond within 30 days.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or California, you may have additional rights under applicable data protection law. Contact us at the address below and we will address your request under the law applicable to you.
Cookies
Foundry uses only functional cookies required to keep you logged in across the tools. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.
Children
Foundry is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with their information, contact us at hello@usefoundry.io and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice in the product. Your continued use of Foundry after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
